Inside the heart

People, people people, there are people everywhere, especially in our country with huge population. We like some, dislike some, hate some, notice some, ignore some and love some. But how do we decide whom to like, dislike, love or hate? by looks

Someone told me that person must be good at heart to love or like them, whatever the looks may be, and if he/she is not good at heart, then he/she is not ok, simple. Agreed. But the real question is how do you know what is inside someone's heart? Is there any concrete method to find out? Can anyone help?
